As you may be aware for the past few years we have been researching and producing the definitive guide to Salary and Benefit levels within the Contact Centre industry. Utilising real-time information from our far reaching base of contacts, candidates and clients we are ideally placed to provide accurate information on: salary levels, benefit types and now we are also identifying personal drivers, gaining a clear view on exactly what aspects of a role / package motivate someone to get out of bed in the morning.
